There are plenty of opportunities for kids ages 7-15 to join classes every week. All membership plans include unlimited classes, so they can train as often as they’d like!

No, you don’t. While you may want to purchase your own gloves and pads in the future, you don't need to bring anything with you when you try a class or first sign up.
What is the right age for my child to start kickboxing?
Our kids' kickboxing classes are designed for ages 7-15. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has prior experience, we have a class suited to their age and skill level.
What should my child wear to their first class?
We recommend comfortable athletic clothing like shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt. If they have hand wraps or gloves, they can bring them, but we’ll provide any necessary equipment for their first class.
Is kickboxing safe for kids?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our classes are conducted in a controlled, supervised environment, and our instructors emphasize proper technique to ensure your child trains safely.
How often can my child attend classes?
All of our membership plans include unlimited classes, so your child can attend as often as they’d like, Monday through Friday.
