Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides an intense, full-body workout that’s the perfect way to lose weight, increase your muscle mass, and get into great shape. By combining cardiovascular training with toning and training, jiu jitsu students push their bodies hard and learn what they are capable of. It’s a great way to burn calories in a fun and supportive setting that encourages all students to do their best.

No, you don’t. While you may want to purchase your own gloves and pads in the future, you don't need to bring anything with you when you try a class or first sign up.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No, our kickboxing classes are designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, our instructors will guide you through each step, helping you build your skills and confidence.
What should I bring to my first class?
Bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and a positive attitude! We’ll provide the rest. If you have your own boxing gloves and wraps, feel free to bring them, but they aren’t required for your first session.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
Most people attend 2-3 times a week to build strength and endurance consistently. However, you can come as often as your schedule allows. Our membership plans offer flexibility to fit your goals.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
